Dr. Richard D. Gentile a board certified facial plastic surgeon with offices in Garfield Heights/Independence, Fairlawn and Boardman Ohio was visited by five surgeons from Seoul, Korea August 25-26, 2009. The Korean specialists were visiting the US to receive advanced training in SmartLipo and Smartlifting techniques. Dr. Gentile presented the science and art behind his proprietary Smartlifting ™ techniques which he developed over the past several years. The patients being treated underwent a SmartFirming procedure and another a LaserSmartLift. Commenting on the development of this New Laser Facelift Dr. Gentile pointed out that nothing really new has been introduced in face lifting techniques for close to 20 years and the introduction of internal laser techniques for facial rejuvenation offers advanced technological solutions for age old problems. We are pleased that in Europe, Canada and now Asia these advanced techniques are being adopted to benefit patients seeking less invasive methods of facial rejuvenation. Dr. Gentile will travel to Seoul in September to host a workshop on advanced laser lipolysis techniques (SmartLipo) and facial rejuvenation techniques (SmartLifting). The workshop will include live surgery for facial lifting, firming and sculpting utilizing subcutaneous laser techniques.
